Payment Terms & Structure
Transparent terms so you always know what you're paying for.
One-Time Projects
- 50% deposit upfront, 50% on final delivery.
- Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled before work begins, but 50% is credited toward a future project within 12 months.
- Work does not start until the deposit clears, and final files are not released until final payment clears.
Monthly Retainers
- 100% due at the start of each billing cycle (1st of the month).
- Grace period: 3 days, no penalty.
- Late fee: 5% flat after the grace period.
- Work may be paused if payment is more than 10 days late.
